Deep ruby garnet with a beautiful sheen, delicate purple rim, deeply spicy nose of chocolate, cocoa, precious wood, dark berries, elegant and very complex on the palate, delicate hints of Advent spices, fine acidity, good persistence, very good ageing potential.

Goes well with pasta, white meat but also with tender beef and lamb as well as young game, exotic meat dishes, stews and light gratins and fresh, not too intense cheese.
